Our signature housekeeping through Elevated Living! Full-time housekeeping team is dedicated to our building, and ensuring a familiar face, as well as consistent and personalized service. Pet friendly cleaning supplies and equipment are stored on-site. Easy scheduling and payment through website and mobile app.

Dry Cleaning Services

Located on our plaza level, Zeglio Cleaners does not only provide dry cleaning services, but also offers custom tailoring services in addition to shoe repair. Quick turn around time, and right at your doorstep.

Signature Package Delivery

A dedicated mailroom and package staff team sort, organize, and deliver packages directly to residents’ apartment homes. Additional package lockers are also utilized for those residents who wish to pick up their packages 24 hours a day.

Bedazzled Nail Salon

Providing a modern and relaxing atmosphere, Bedazzled offers manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and waxing treatments. Be pampered, be polished, Bedazzled.
